Let’s get race ready with legacy ambassadors, Ben Edusei, run coach, and mobility specialist joined by Courtney Durr, a dedicated self-worth coach helping people build inner strength and confidence. Together they will use breath work, mobility and mindfulness to ensure your body and mind are prepped from start to finish line.

Shake Out Run

11.00am - 12.00pm

Join lululemon ambassadors Jessie McGraw and Regan Pearce for your pre-race shakeout. Get ready to shake out your legs (and those pre-race nerves!). Whether you’re running the full, half, or 10k, this easy-paced run is the perfect way to loosen up, connect with fellow runners, and share some positive race day vibes. Multiple-pace groups available, no one will be left behind. Coffee + connection to follow.

Marathon Mindset Q&A

12.30pm-1.30pm

Let's talk running with - Bryn Lavell, Hamish Robertson, Chris Seymour and Jessie McGraw. Gain insights on the unique Queenstown course from local runner, Chris and his extensive marathon journey. Learn about Bryn’s preparation and recovery routine for his 100KM ultra marathon. Hear about Hamish’s journey to becoming an Ironman and discover how Jessie has overcome discomfort and tackled her first 50km ultra marathon.
