Gift Card FAQ

Yes. Gift Cards are available for purchase in stores, online, and at various other authorized retailers. Gift Cards have no value until activated and lululemon reserves the right to suspend or delay activation until payment has been cleared.


It is your responsibility to obtain a receipt for Gift Card purchases and to ensure that the card number listed on the receipt corresponds to the card number printed on the Gift Card.


Gift Cards are only valid if purchased from Stores, Online, or an authorized third-party distributor. A Gift Card is neither valid nor acceptable, and we will not be held liable, if it is obtained from unauthorized sellers or resellers, including Internet auction sites.

There are three ways to check your gift card balance:

1. Through our gift card homepage.

2. By selecting 'Redeem a gift card' above the payment options at the checkout.

3. In store

For options 1 & 2, enter and apply your gift card number and pin to reveal your balance. Your gift card balance won't be redeemed until you place your order, so you can remove your gift card and continue shopping.


Your transaction history will be visible in option, or alternatively, you can contact our Guest Education Centre for support.

You can redeem your gift card both online and in-store.


Unfortunately, our gift cards cannot be redeemed in the following countries: Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait, UAE. Note that gift cards purchased in China, Mexico, Dubai or Qatar can only be redeemed in the same country of purchase.

When using your gift card online, the balance will be deducted at the billing stage.


Follow these steps to redeem your gift card:

1) Fill in your contact and shipping information and select your shipment method.

2) Continue to Billing.

3) Select your payment method. Gift Card can be found above the list of payment options.

4) Enter the gift card number and pin to check your balance and redeem the balance.

5) Review Order.

6) Finally, tick the Terms and Conditions box and ‘submit order’ to place your order.


Please note that you can redeem up to two gift cards per order plus one credit card.

Currently, gift card payments cannot be combined with PayPal. However, you can combine one with a credit card or another gift card.

We can’t replace gift cards if they’re lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without your permission. So, hold on to them tight! Gift cards should be treated like cash.

If you initially used a gift card to place an order but need to return it, you will be refunded onto a new gift card which you will receive once the return is processed.


If your order was placed with both a gift card and credit card, the refund method will depend on the refund value and the amount initially covered by each payment method used.

If you used a gift card to place an order but the order was cancelled, you will be refunded onto the same gift card used to place the order. We recommend keeping hold of your gift card, until your order arrives.

Our gift cards are good to use in-store or online; they also never expire or depreciate and are final sale. They're treated like cash, which means if they're lost or stolen, we cannot replace them.
