Beautiful color and excellent tailor, suit my body

I would like to share some feedback regarding my recent purchase. About a year ago, I bought a Define Jacket in size 4. This time, I decided to try size 2, but surprisingly, it feels even larger than the size 4 I bought previously. Additionally, I noticed that the quality doesn’t seem as good as before. My previous jacket developed quite a lot of pilling over time, and with this new one, I already found loose threads right after purchase. During the buying process, I also asked a staff member to assist me with the jacket. Unfortunately, they gave me the wrong version (the shorter length), so I had to make another trip back to the store to exchange it. As a loyal lululemon customer, I truly value your products, but this time the overall shopping experience and product quality did not meet my expectations.

I’ve been so careful with this jacket so that it didn’t yellow and washed it straight after wearing it but it’s now looking very grey and certainly not white
