Bought this bag for my wife to use after having our second child. Got it in March and the handle has a rip in it already. Asked for a warranty repair / replacement and was told they do not cover for misuse of their product. For the price, the zippers are not YKK zippers. For a plastic made bag, I did not expect much but was not expecting such easy damage. Plus, the bag mainly stays in my wife’s car. Barely taken out. Only got this to have something different from everyone else. OiOi are made much better in my opinion.

I’ve bought this bag before embarking on a trip to Europe. It is a very purposeful bag and the deep side pockets were especially handy for water bottles, milk bottles, an umbrella etc. You can also attach the bag on your suitcase handle which is extremely helpful to keep your hands free. There are deep large mesh pockets inside giving you plenty of room to organise your belongings whilst being able to see them. The external pockets have more pockets inside them which is the cherry on top. The changing mat with an elastic band to keep it together was very handy as well as the pouch it comes with which I used for nappies, wipes and a spare outfit. The straps are thick and have buckles on them if you need to hang it on your pram. The only con i can think of is the fact that it doesn’t have an insulated internal pocket to keep water/milk at a regulated temperature. This is by far the best bag for parents and that’s coming from a shopaholic who cannot keep the same bag for more than a week.

I bought this bag February 2024 and have used it every single day since. It has been on all our holidays. It goes everywhere. It is the best baby bag on the market. It serves every purpose. It has grown right alongside our baby. I could not recommend this enough. You will not regret it.

I purchased this backpack right before our first overseas trip with our ten month old….abs oh my goodness dis this bag deliver. The ease with which we could travel to a parent room or on plane changing facility and just throw on the cross body bag was game changing! All the essentials in one small bag was great plus meant once removed from the bag you had easy access to everything underneath being an abundance of deep pockets small and large able to secure anything from toys, bottle to food and dummies!
