Repairs Program

Our complimentary repairs program will be temporarily paused to enhance our overall guest experience and while our repair partner is on their holiday break.

Australia: Monday 25th November- Sunday 12th January

New Zealand: Monday 25th November- Sunday 1st December and Monday 23rd December -Sunday 29th December.

Repairs that have been accepted in stores before the temporary pause can still be picked up in store during this period.

Repairs on lululemon products are complimentary.

Following the successful pilot of our repairs program in 2023, we’re excited to now offer repairs in all stores across Australia and New Zealand. To find your nearest store, access the store locator here.

Our complimentary repairs program will be temporarily paused between Monday 25th November until Sunday 12th January to enhance our overall guest experience and while our repair partner is on their holiday break. Repairs that have been accepted in stores before the temporary pause can still be picked up in store during this period.

If you are unsure whether or not your item is eligible for repair, please contact your nearest store for information regarding our repair eligibility criteria. If your garment is eligible, simply bring it with you to any of our stores.

  1. One of our friendly educators will fill out a digital repair form with you in store, so we can understand a little more about your repair, and so we have a method of contact for when it arrives back in store from our vendor.
  2. We will send your item off to be repaired within one week from the day it was brought into store
  3. You will receive an email notifying you when your repair is ready to be collected in store!

Australia and New Zealand both have their own repair vendors who complete this service for us, ensuring your repair can be returned to you as efficiently as possible. Both our vendors offer a high-quality repair service, grounded in the desire to restore your lululemon gear and reduce the amount of waste accumulated in landfill. Our vendors have worked in active collaboration with us to extend the life cycle of our guests’ favourite lululemon garments, creating a positive environmental impact, and allowing us to work in alignment with our Be Planet commitments.

Australia: Remote Equipment Repairs, located in Hoppers Crossing Victoria. New Zealand: Rose's Alterations Ltd, located in Epsom, Auckland.

We can process the following repairs: seam re-stitching, fabric snags, bonding/glue repairs, zip repairs, snap/button/buckle replacements, bra/bag strap re-attachments, clasp/hook repairs and drawcord re-attachments.

We cannot repair pilling or holes in fabric. We also do not offer full drawcord replacements, or logo re-attachment. These repairs are either not possible and/or may impact the intended function of the product. Note: We also cannot process repairs for footwear, underwear or swimwear (women’s bras excluded).

The repair process has an anticipated timeline of three weeks from when the garment is shipped out from store. Unfortunately, in certain circumstances, delays may occur that are outside of our control, in which case you will receive communication from the store as to what time frame you can expect your repair to return to store for collection.

Despite our vendors' best efforts, exact thread colour/hardware matching is not always possible. Our in-store educators will guide you through what this may look like for your specific repair.

Feedback is the foundation of ensuring repairs are completed to a satisfactory standard consistently. If a repair arrives back in store and it has not been completed to this standard, the store that processed your repair will contact our repair team with a description and photo of the repair so our vendor can be notified. If it is a feasible solution, the garment can be returned to the vendor for re-repair. If this is not an option for you, we will support you in providing an alternative resolution.

Our repair program is currently only available in store. You can visit your closest store and have your gear repaired for free. You can find your closest store.
