Chance to win gear for lululemon Print Shop Competition

Information on how to enter, the Promoter’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into this Competition is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Entry Eligibility 

The Competition is open to residents of Australia who have reached 18 years of age as of the beginning of the Competition Period, and who receive a competition entry from the Promoter to their email address. 

Employees, directors, officers and ambassadors of lululemon or its affiliated companies are not eligible to enter. 

Competition Period 

Commencing at 10:00AM AEST on 30 June 2026, and concluding at 17:00PM AEST on 1 July, 2026 

Entry Method 

During the competition period, entrants must be one of the first thirty (30) eligible entrants to register via the Promoter’s designated link. 

An eligible entrant’s completion and submission of the registration form is considered an ‘Entry’. 

Entry to this Competition is free of charge. No purchase of lululemon products is required to enter into this Competition. A purchase does not improve chances of winning. 

Prize 

There are thirty (30) Prizes to be won valued at AUD$89, and each consisting of one (1) Metal Vent Short Sleeve or Swiftly Tank in each Winner’s subject to availability. 

The total prize pool is up to AUD$2,670. 

Entry Limits 

Entries are limited to one (1) submission per person. Multiple entries by the same entrant will be disqualified. 

Winner Selection 

The first thirty (30) eligible entrants to register via the designated competition link will be deemed the Winner/s.  Each Winner will receive a registration confirmation email and further instructions to redeem their Prize. The timestamp of each click will be recorded and verified by the Promoter’s system. This is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the Winner/s. In the event of a dispute regarding the order of clicks, the Promoter’s decision is final. 

Winner Notification 

The Winners will be notified by email (to the email addresses registered with the Promoter) by 10:00AM AEST on Thursday 2 July 2026. 

Prize Claim Date and Time 

The Winners must claim their prize by attending the lululemon Pacific Fair Store at Shop No 2757, Level 1, Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, Hooker Boulevard, Broadbeach, QLD during trading hours from 2 July 2026 to 5 July 2026 (inclusive). 

General Terms & Conditions 

  1. Entries are deemed to be received at the time they are submitted by the entrant. The Promoter is not liable for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, illegible, corrupted or misdirected Entries, claims or correspondence due to error, omission, tampering, deletion, theft communications failure or otherwise. 
  1. Entrants are responsible for their own costs associated with entering the Competition and redeeming the Prize/s, including accessing the Internet, and travel to and from the Prize redemption location/s. 
  1. This promotion will be sent to a maximum of 2600 eligible entrants, with the final number to be confirmed at the Promoter’s discretion, subject to its selection criteria for entry and any email delivery issues. The first thirty (30) eligible entrants to click the designated competition link and complete a registration will be declared Winners. Based on these numbers, each eligible entrant has an approximate minimum chance of winning of 1 in 87, assuming equal opportunity and prompt action. Actual chances may vary depending on individual response times, internet connectivity, website function and email delivery issues. 
  1. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of an Entry and to disqualify an entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an Entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions. 
  1. The Promoter reserves the right to verify an entrant’s identity and address for the purpose of confirming Entry Eligibility. 
  1. Entrants must personally and manually submit an Entry using a valid browser. The Promoter reserves the right to reject an Entry if it reasonably forms the opinion that an Entry has been created and/or submitted using an automated means or a computer entry service. 
  1. Entrants are solely responsible and liable for the content of their Entries and any other information they transmit to other Internet users. To the extent permitted by law, each entrant agrees to indemnify, defend and forever hold harmless, lululemon and its associated agencies and companies, against any and all losses, actions, claims, costs, expenses and damages (of any nature) which may be incurred by an entrant in respect of the entrant’s participation in the Competition. 
  1. In entering the Competition, entrants accept and agree that any Personal Information they submit as part of their Entry will be collected, stored, processed and disclosed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy
  1. All intellectual property rights in the Entries become the property of the Promoter. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their Entry in any media perpetually without remuneration for the purposes of delivering and promoting this Competition. Entrants further consent to the Promoter disclosing the Participant’s personal information and Entry collected to any government authority (if required by law). 
  1. The Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are not transferable, exchangeable or otherwise redeemable for cash. The odds of winning each Prize depend on the number of eligible Entries received. Each eligible Entry will have an equal chance of winning. 
  1. Should the Prizes or any one Prize not be available for any reason, lululemon may substitute another item of equal or greater value at its discretion. 
  1. If, for any reason, this Competition cannot proceed as a result of tampering, unauthorised and improper interfering, fraud, technical difficulties or other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Competition, to the extent permitted by law the Promoter reserves the right: (a) to disqualify any entrant who improperly interferes with the entry process; (b) to take any action that may be available; and/or (c) to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Competition. 
  1. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter makes no warranties, representations or guarantees, express or implied, in fact or in law, as regards to this Competition. 
  1. Each Winner grants permission to the Promoter, to utilise any photographs, motion pictures, videotapes, recordings, social media posts and other references or records of the event connected with the Prize which may depict, record or refer to Winner for any purpose (‘Images’), including commercial use by the Promoter. This permission is for use anywhere in the world and on the internet and for an unlimited period of time. Winner understands and agrees that Winner will not be compensated or receive additional consideration for consenting to the use of the Images and that Winner will not be given a chance to receive, inspect or approve the promotional or marketing material, messages and/or content that may use the Images. Winner hereby releases the Promoter including, without limitation, all persons who took or otherwise created, recorded or modified the Images, from any and all claims, actions, damages, interest, costs, expense and compensation of whatsoever kind and howsoever arising, whether known or unknown, and which Winner now has or at any time hereafter can, shall or may have in connection with, or in any way resulting or arising from, the Images and the creation, use or disposition of them. 
  1. Winner acknowledges and agrees that the Promoter shall own all right, title and interest, throughout the world, in and to the Images and any materials compromising all or any part of the Images, and the Promoter has the unrestricted right to use, license, sell, transfer or otherwise dispose of any or all of them, as well as the Promoter’s rights under this Terms and Conditions, in any manner whatsoever and without any accountability to Winner. Winner hereby assigns to the Promoter all right, title and interest, throughout the world, Winner may have in and to the Images and any materials comprising all or any part of the Images, including all intellectual property rights thereto. Winner hereby irrevocably waives any and all of their moral rights and any other irrevocable rights Winner may have, throughout the world, in or to the Images and any materials comprising all or part of the Images. 
  1. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including, but not limited to, indirect, consequential or special loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, in connection with or arising from this Competition. 
  1. Without limiting any other terms herein and to the extent permitted by law, the entrant indemnifies the Promoter for their breach of the above terms, conditions or warranties. 
  1. If any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions are held to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, that part shall be severed from the remainder of the provisions and the validity of the other provisions and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected. 
  1. This Competition is run solely by lululemon, and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with any third parties or organisations. 
  1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Australia and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of New South Wales, Australia.

Pacific Fair Customisation Print Shop Terms and Conditions

  1. Personalisation of lululemon product (‘Product’) at the Print Shop is only available on selected items, presented at the Print Shop, in brand new condition with original tags attached.
  2. Order confirmation is to be done on the order form provided at the print shop.
  3. Once the order for personalisation has been placed it cannot be changed or cancelled.
  4. Product personalised at the Print Shop cannot be returned or exchanged after being personalised except where there is a failure of a consumer guarantee, pursuant to the Australian Consumer Law. Please check the size and style of the Product that you have purchased prior to personalisation, and that the chosen personalisation options are correctly recorded on the order form
  5. We need to collect your personal data to ensure we can deliver the personalisation service to you. Any use of your personal data shall be in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website https://www.lululemon.com.au/en-au/content/privacy.html.
  6. By using the personalisation service at the Print Shop, you confirm that:
  7. (a) the details of the personalisation to be applied are correctly recorded on the order form;
  8. (b) you understand that no further changes can be made, nor can the Product be returned or replaced after personalisation except for the reasons listed herein; and
  9. (c) you give permission for us to contact you on the contact details provided to inform you that your personalisation is complete and ready for collection.
