Terms and Conditions 

Lululemon Win from the Champion Prize Draw 

Information on how to enter, the Promoter’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into this Competition is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. 

Promoter 

lululemon athletica australia Pty Ltd. (‘lululemon’), ABN 45 110 186 233, Suite 1, Level 11, 66 Goulburn Street, Sydney, NSW 2000 . 

Entry Eligibility 

The Competition is open to residents of Australia who have reached 18 years of age as of the beginning of the Competition Period, and who comply with the Entry Method and the Terms and Conditions contained herein. 

 

Employees, directors, officers and ambassadors of lululemon or its affiliated companies are not eligible to enter. 

Competition Period 

Commencing at 07:00AM AEDT on Thursday February 19th 2026, and concluding at 11:59PM AEDT on Sunday March 1st 2026. 

Entry Method 

During the Competition Period, entrants must: 

 

  1. Either subscribe to or be an existing subscriber of lululemon’s email marketing; and 

  1. complete and submit the entry form. 

 

Each of these entries, that comply with these Terms and Conditions will be a valid entry (‘Entry’). Entrants must remain subscribed to lululemon’s email marketing at the time of Winner Selection. 

 

Entry to this Competition is free of charge. No purchase of lululemon products is required to enter into this Competition. A purchase does not improve chances of winning. 

Prize 

There are four (4) prizes (each a ‘Prize’) to be won valued at up to AUD$1,000 (incl. GST), and consisting of: 

 

  1. One (1) lululemon cap signed by Lewis Hamilton, with no fixed value but in any case valued at less than AUD$250; and 

  1. One (1) AUD$500 lululemon e-gift card redeemable for lululemon product in any lululemon store in Australia or via lululemon.com.au. 

 

The total prize pool value is estimated to be AUD$3,000 (Incl. GST). 

 

Entry Limits 

Entries are limited to one (1)  per person, per email address. Duplicate entries from the same email address will be excluded from the Winner Selection draw. 

Winner Selection 

The Winners will be drawn by the Promoter using a random draw generator at 88 Langridge Street, Collingwood, Victoria, Australia 3066 at 10:00AM AEDT on Tuesday, March 3nd 2026. Entrants who are no longer subscribed at the time of Winner Selection will be ineligible to win a Prize. This is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the Winners. The draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the result. 

Winner Notification 

The Winners will be notified by email to the email addresses registered with the Promoter by 11:59PM AEDT on Monday March 2nd 2026.  

 

The Promoter will publish the results and the Winner’s name via the lululemon website, by 12:00PM AEDT on Tuesday, March 3rd  2026. 

Prize Claim Date and Time 

The Winners must claim their prize by responding via email as instructed on or before 11:59PM AEDT Monday, March 16th 2026. 

 

The Promoter will deliver the Prize to each Winner by post and email no later than March 31 2026. 

 

In the event of a Prize remaining unclaimed by 11:59PM AEDT Tuesday, March March 31 2026, further selection will take place to determine the replacement Winner. The replacement Winner will be notified by email on the same day by the Promoter. The replacement Winner must claim their Prize by responding via email on or before 11:59PM AEDT Tuesday, April 14th  2026. 

 

 

General Terms & Conditions 

 

  1. Entries are deemed to be received at the time an entrant submits their entry form. The Promoter is not liable for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence due to error, omission, tampering, deletion, theft communications failure or otherwise. 

  1. Entrants are responsible for their own costs associated with entering the Competition and redeeming the Prize, including access to the Internet. 

  1. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of an Entry and to disqualify an entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an Entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions. 

  1. The Promoter reserves the right to verify an entrant’s identity, age and address for the purpose of confirming Entry Eligibility. 

  1. Entrants are solely responsible and liable for the content of their Entries and any other information they transmit to other entrants or third parties during participation in the Competition. To the extent permitted by law, each entrant agrees to indemnify, defend and forever hold harmless, lululemon and its associated agencies and companies, against any and all losses, actions, claims, costs, expenses and damages (of any nature) which may be incurred by an entrant in respect of the entrant’s participation in the Competition. 

  1. In entering the Competition, entrants accept and agree that any Personal Information they submit as part of their Entry will be collected, stored, processed and disclosed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.  

  1. All intellectual property rights in the Entries become the property of the Promoter. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their Entry in any media perpetually without remuneration for the purposes of delivering and promoting this Competition. Entrants further consent to the Promoter disclosing the Participant’s personal information and Entry collected to any government authority (if required by law). 

  1. The Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are not transferable, exchangeable or otherwise redeemable for cash. The odds of winning the Prizes depends on the number of eligible Entries received. Each eligible Entry will have an equal chance of winning. 

  1. The lululemon gift cards awarded as part of each Prize, is subject to lululemon’s standard gift card terms available at: https://www.lululemon.com.au/en-au/content/terms-and-conditions.html 

  1. The lululemon caps signed by Lewis Hamilton as part of is Prize shall be of a style, colour and size to be determined by lululemon in its sole discretion. 

  1. Should the Prize, or any component of the Prize, not be available for any reason, lululemon may substitute another item of equal or greater value at its discretion. 

  1. If, for any reason, this Competition cannot proceed as a result of tampering, unauthorised and improper interfering, fraud, technical difficulties or other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Competition, to the extent permitted by law the Promoter reserves the right: (a) to disqualify any entrant who improperly interferes with the entry process; (b) to take any action that may be available; and/or (c) to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Competition. 

  1. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter makes no warranties, representations or guarantees, express or implied, in fact or in law, as regards to this Competition. 

  1. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including, but not limited to, indirect, consequential or special loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, in connection with or arising from this Competition.  

  1. If any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions are held to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, that part shall be severed from the remainder of the provisions and the validity of the other provisions and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected. 

  1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Australia and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Victoria, Australia.
