1. The Pillar Performance code redemption offer (“Offer”) is made by lululemon athletica australia Pty Ltd of 88 Langridge Street, Collingwood, Victoria, 3066 Australia (“lululemon”).
2. On or after 3 January 2025, selected guests will receive an email from lululemon, inviting them to participate in the Offer (“Eligible Guest/s). Eligible Guests who, from the date of email receipt until 9 January 2025, make a purchase totalling AUD$100 (incl. GST) or more in one (1) transaction via lululemon.com.au using the same email address at which they received the Offer invitation and using a valid payment method (excluding lululemon gift cards) (“Eligible Purchase”), will be eligible to receive a coupon code entitling them to 100% off the price of one (1) Pillar Performance Training Defence Bundle (“Code”), valued at AUD$89.99 (incl. GST).
3. Eligible Guests who receive a Code can redeem the Offer from 16 January 2025 until 21 January 2025 (both dates inclusive) (“Redemption Period”), via the following Pillar Performance website URL only: https://pillarperformance.shop/collections/recovery/products/training-defence and using the same email address at which they received the Code.
4. Codes are unique to each Eligible Guest’s email address and are valid once and for one (1) single transaction. Eligible Guest is responsible for ensuring access to and security of the Code after receipt. Lost or compromised Codes will not be replaced or reissued by lululemon. Codes can only be redeemed for delivery to postal addresses in Australia.
5. Eligible Guests who refund all or part of an Eligible Purchase for change of mind, will not be entitled to receive a Code and/or may have their Code cancelled. The Offer will not be valid for any subsequent purchases made after any refund or return of an Eligible Purchase.
6. This Offer cannot be transferred, copied, or replicated, exchanged, redeemed or refunded for cash or any kind of credits. Any unredeemed portion of the Offer will be forfeited.
7. Eligible Purchases made under or in relation to this Offer are subject to our Return and Privacy Policies, and Terms of Sale, which are available at lululemon.com.au.
8. Pillar Performance’s policies, terms and conditions, warranties and guarantees will apply to all orders made using Codes in connection with this Offer. It is Eligible Guest’s responsibility to determine the suitability of the Pillar Performance Training Defence Bundle, in consideration of any personal dietary, health or other requirements.
9. Employees, ambassadors, volunteers of lululemon and Pillar Performance, their subsidiaries, related and affiliate companies, are not eligible for this Offer.
10. lululemon will not be liable for any loss, expense, damage, or personal injury which is suffered or sustained in connection with redeeming this Offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
11. Should the Pillar Performance Training Defence Bundle not be available for any reason, lululemon may substitute another item of equal or greater value at its discretion for redemption using the Code. 12. lululemon reserves the right to reject an Eligible Guest’s access to this Offer if it reasonably suspects the Eligible Guest has breached these terms and conditions.
13. The decision of lululemon in relation to any aspect of these terms and conditions shall be final and conclusive.
