1. This redemption coupon (“Offer”) is made by lululemon athletica australia Pty Ltd of 30 Rupert Street, Collingwood, Victoria, 3066 Australia (“lululemon”). For enquiries, please contact [email protected].
2. This Offer begins from 14 November 2022 and ends on 21 November 2022 (both dates inclusive) (“Redemption Period”).
3. Any guest (“Eligible Guest”) who has received a redemption email from Movember is eligible to receive this Offer. For the avoidance of doubt, Movember has the sole discretion to decide who should get a redemption email. For enquires, please contact [email protected].
4. Eligible Guest may only redeem this Offer at any lululemon store online and physically situated in Australia.
5. Eligible Guest will receive a 15% discount on the recommended retail price (GST inclusive) of lululemon product instore and/or online. This Offer excludes mark-down products, lululemon gift card/ e-gift cards, prior purchases and phone sales.
6. Each Eligible Guest can enjoy this Offer once and for one single transaction for a total retail price value (GST inclusive) of up to 1,000AUD before discount. There is no minimum spend required to redeem Offer.
7. Eligible Guest must present the Offer to our staff when making payment instore. For online purchase, Eligible Guest must enter the code provided in the redemption email from Movember.
8. This Offer cannot be transferred, copied, or replicated.
9. This Offer cannot be combined and used with any other existing promotions, offers or discounts, and cannot be used for price adjustments on prior purchases.
10. Employees, Ambassadors, volunteers of lululemon and Movember, its subsidiaries, related and affiliate companies, are not eligible to this Offer.
11. Purchases made under this Offer is subject to our Return and Privacy Policies and Terms of Sale, which are available at lululemon.com.au.
12. Subject to your right under the applicable consumer protection law: (i) you may exchange for size (if available) of the same product purchased under this Offer; and (ii) if you wish to return, you will need to return all item(s) so purchased under this Offer. For the avoidance of doubt, this Offer is not valid for any subsequent purchase after your return.
13. This Offer cannot be exchanged, redeemed or refunded for cash or any kind of credits.
14. The decision of lululemon in interpreting these terms and conditions shall be final and conclusive.
15. lululemon reserves the right to reject an Eligible Guest purchase under this Offer if it reasonably suspects the Eligible Guest has breached these terms and conditions.

Mobile Applications
lululemon may from time to time offer users the ability to download and use mobile applications. By downloading and/or using these mobile applications, you agree to any applicable Terms of Use, which shall be provided to you when you download the mobile applications and which shall be available at any time during your use of such mobile applications, as well as to this Privacy Policy. You may be required to provide personal information in order to use the mobile application, including your first name, last name, email and password. You will have the option of providing other personal information in connection with your use of the mobile application, such as your picture, your physical location, your birthdate and your gender.
If you have provided permission through your device to allow us to collect location information, lululemon may obtain pinpointed physical location information from technologies like GPS, Wi-Fi, or cell tower proximity. The mobile application may use the geo-location features of that application (GPS or network-based) to support your use of location-based tools such as locating classes, teachers and studios near you.
Some of our mobile applications allow you to connect with Facebook and import your Facebook information, such as your friends’ names, as well as your device contact list (collectively, “Your Contacts”) into the application for the purpose of allowing you to invite such persons to download the application or to invite them to participate in certain activities, such as a yoga class. If you agree to connect our mobile applications with Facebook and to share information and Your Contacts, you grant lululemon permission to access and use such information for such purposes provided in this paragraph of the Privacy Policy. You further represent and warrant that you have the right to share and transfer Your Contacts with lululemon and that lululemon’s use of Your Contacts for the purpose provided in this paragraph does not violate the rights of any third party. Please note that lululemon does not, in any way, control the information that Facebook collects from you.
lululemon may also offer customers the ability to make purchases through mobile applications operated by our in-store educators. By conducting purchasing activities using these mobile applications, you agree to our Terms of Use as well as to this Privacy Policy.
You will have the option to opt-out partially or completely from any of our mobile applications or withdraw any permission granted to lululemon.

Surveillance Cameras
When you visit one of our Stores, lululemon may be using surveillance cameras which may capture images of you. lululemon uses surveillance cameras for security and crime-deterrence purposes. lululemon will only use surveillance cameras in a non-covert manner and in spaces that are accessible to the public (for example, at the entrance of our Store) or semi-accessible to the public (for example, inside our Store but not including private spaces such as bathrooms or changing rooms).
