Shipping & Delivery

We offer free shipping on all orders for guests who are signed in to their lululemon account! You can create an account here.

We offer express shipping for a flat fee of $15.00 (Incl. GST) for guests who are not signed in to a lululemon account.

Our estimated processing times at our Melbourne warehouse are 1-3 business days. Once processed, shipping typically takes an additional 1-3 business days in most areas, but may take up to 10 business days. Please be mindful that the time it takes for you to receive your order may vary depending on where you live, and during peak sale periods/VIC Public holidays.

We want to make sure your order gets to you safe and sound, so we require a signature on all of our deliveries unless you have ticked the "Authority to Leave" box at checkout. If you are not home to receive your package, our courier will take it to your local post office, where it can be collected at your earliest convenience. Upon an attempted delivery, you should receive a digital notification on your phone or via the Australia Post app.

Once you have placed your order online, please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order and send it from our distribution centre before you can begin to track your order. You will then receive an order confirmation email, with a link to track your order. You can also track your order here.

I entered my address incorrectly, what can I do?

If you have incorrectly entered your address details, the best thing to do is wait for your shipping email to arrive in your inbox. This contains information of your tracking number, which you can use to contact the shipping courier directly.

How is my Yoga Mat shipped?

To protect your Mat, our Yoga Mats are shipped in individual boxes. If you have ordered a Yoga Mat along with other items, your Yoga Mat will be shipped separately to these other items.

We can deliver to all PO Boxes (Except for yoga mats! They're too big for our friends at Australia Post).

We cannot ship an order internationally from our Australia website. Orders placed on lululemon.com.au can only be shipped within Australia. lululemon.com.au offers products for sale and delivery within Australia. If you live outside Australia you may be able to make purchases from one of our international sites. 

Please be aware that orders placed via third party freight or shipping forwarders to countries outside of Australia are done so at your own risk, and safe delivery cannot be guaranteed. 

Please note that we are unable to ship to Australian defence force bases as well as Christmas Island, Norfolk Island, Cocos Island and the Australian Antarctic Territory. If you attempt to place an order to the aforementioned regions, our GEC team will contact you to request an alternate eligible shipping address. In the case that an alternate address cannot be provided, we will proceed with the cancellation of your order and a refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
